Meaningful Work Consultations:

When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen.

A significant and increasing number of physicians nationwide are experiencing a lessened sense of well-being and decreased enthusiasm for professional work, largely in response to significant organizational and system level changes in medical practice over the past 15 years.

Interestingly, studies highlight a strong correlation between physician health and well-being and engagement in meaningful professional work.

With a focus on your particular work schedule and other commitments, we work together to explore ways to ease stress, cultivate well-being and practice medicine in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling.

Meaningful Work peer to peer consultations are available in person and via video or telephone.

Medical school students who are interested in exploring ways to cultivate health and well-being while navigating the demands and stresses of medical school are invited to schedule student physician sessions. In addition, all healthcare professionals are welcome to schedule Meaningful Work Consultations.
