Small Group Coaching Circles 

What are Group Coaching Circles?

Our Group Coaching Circles are opportunities to come together with a small group of peers in a relaxed space to explore ways to ease stress, enhance well-being and engage in work that is fulfilling. Participants choose topics that are relevant and meaningful to them.  Active listening and reflective inquiry provide a flexible and dynamic foundation for insight and movement forward. Participants benefit from the collective energy, experience and support of the group.

Physicians, medical school students, APPs, CEOs, administrators and other healthcare professionals are invited to join their peers in small group coaching circles. I also organize small group circles for any individuals who would like to explore group coaching)

Our Group Coaching Program:

  • 1  pre-program 1:1 session per participant to discuss the program and individual goals
      

  • 4  ninety minute group coaching sessions over 4 - 6 months via Zoom
    (groups limited to 6 individuals to allow for more participation and interaction)

  • 1  individualized  1:1 coaching session per participant
    (to focus on each participant’s unique priorities & personal and professional circumstances)

  • 1  sixty minute small group coaching check-in at 3 months post program
    (to facilitate integration of insights and next steps)

Healthcare Leadership Coach Certification

successful completion in the study and practice of core and advanced business coaching:

125+ credit hours plus 10 hours of mentoring and PCC level performance evaluation

Team Advantage Team Coaching Program

successful completion of an innovative program on team coaching with 15.0 CCE Hours
